AUDIO SURGEONS INC.

PRIVACY POLICY

Effective date: October 23 2026

This policy explains how Audio Surgeons Inc. handles information on this website. For privacy questions or requests, email info@audiosurgeons.com.

Information you send us

The booking form collects your name, email address, event type and event description. You may also provide a phone number, event date, location, guest count, start and end times, and referral source. It records your agreement to be contacted. The contact form collects your name, email address, inquiry type, message and any optional subject. Both forms record a submission identifier and timestamp.

We use this information to respond, discuss availability and quotes, and manage inquiries. Authorized administrators can review inquiries, maintain their status and add internal notes. A booking inquiry is not an event reservation. Please do not include sensitive information or information about children in free-text fields.

Services and processing

Our website and inquiry storage use Lovable Cloud. Booking notifications are configured through Lovable's managed email service with Mailgun delivery to our bookings mailbox; Google Workspace handles our company email. General contact messages are stored for review and do not currently trigger an owner notification email. These services process information as needed to provide hosting, storage and email delivery. Delivery is not guaranteed.

We rely on taking steps at your request and our legitimate interests in responding to and administering inquiries, where applicable. Required advertising consent is separate from agreement to be contacted. Service providers may process information outside your country, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.

Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel)

When advertising is allowed, Meta Pixel shares public page visits (PageView) and successful booking (Lead) or contact (Contact) submission events with Meta Platforms for Facebook and Instagram ad measurement and optimization. Each submission event has an opaque identifier to avoid duplicate reporting. Our tracking code does not send form contents, enable automatic customer matching or automatic event collection, or include page query strings, URL fragments or incoming referrer details. Private administration and internal email-preview pages are excluded.

Meta still receives technical information, including your IP address, browser information, the public page address, event timing and advertising cookie identifiers. IP addresses and cookie values are identifiers. Meta may associate this activity with information it holds under its own policies. See Meta's Privacy Policy and Meta ad preferences.

Cookies, consent and withdrawal

In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, advertising is off until you accept. We look up the country for this page visit; failed, unrecognized or unavailable country results also require acceptance. Elsewhere ordinary advertising measurement is enabled unless you reject it. An explicit rejection applies everywhere, and we treat Global Privacy Control (GPC) as an advertising opt-out even if you previously accepted.

Meta may use first-party advertising cookies such as _fbp and _fbc, where applicable, to identify a browser and connect activity with ads. Our consent choice is stored in your browser under as-ad-consent with its date, notice version and region. When you withdraw, the previous acceptance evidence is retained with the new refusal. A changed notice requires a new acceptance in consent-required regions; an earlier refusal remains effective. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice applies to the current page visit but may not persist across visits or tabs.

You can accept or reject using the regional notice, or open Cookie settings below at any time. Opening settings does not change your current choice. Rejection stops new tracking immediately, discards pending events and attempts to remove accessible _fbp and _fbc cookies. We cannot remove cookies belonging to another domain or erase information Meta already received. Later acceptance enables new events; events blocked while advertising was off are not replayed. GPC keeps tracking off; you can manage that signal in your browser.

Retention and security

Inquiries and internal notes remain in our private inquiry system for follow-up and administration; no fixed automatic deletion schedule is currently configured. We review retention according to ongoing business needs and applicable obligations. Contact us to request deletion. Consent choices remain in browser storage until changed or cleared; clearing storage removes that browser's record. Meta's retention is governed by its policy.

Inquiry access is restricted to authorized administrators. No system can guarantee complete security. We do not intentionally send inquiry form contents to advertising services; hosting and email services process the information needed for their functions.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information, restrict processing, object to processing, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Email info@audiosurgeons.com or use our contact form to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required or permitted by law. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

We do not intend these inquiry forms for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and address it. We may update this policy as practices change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
